A WAR ON TWO FRONTS
Now my tax dollars will be used to fund a war on two fronts.
Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
I don’t want to sound callous, but I don’t really think these conflicts have anything to do with me.
I’m worried about my own security and safety. If Australia got invaded, I’d be left to defend myself with a kitchen knife.
And that $500 million spent on the referendum would probably come in handy.
The luxuries of wealth diminish in importance when your life is at risk.
And spending 18 months arguing about whether we should grow our already bloated bureaucracy in some faux-charitable act is definitely a luxury.
We can only engage in this navel gazing due to our relative wealth and prosperity.
But that won’t last for long if we keep this kleptocracy going.
And it won’t last long if our shores get invaded and our defence is in the hands of public servants and trans servicemen.
Again, not to sound callous, but if the guy who’s meant to be protecting my family is more worried about whether he can wear a dress or trousers, I’d prefer to take matters into my own hands.
But that’s not an option.
Weapons are illegal.
And all my wealth is tied up in taxes and wars.
Is there a politician that will put my interests first?
